The Board of Directors of the Bank in their meeting held on 16.05.2015 have recommended to raise the share capital of the Bank by way of Bonus issue of Equity Shares to the Shareholders, subject to the approval of shareholders & other approvals, as appropriate, at a ratio of 1 (one) bonus equity share for every 1 (one) equity share of Rs 2/- each held (1:1), as on a Record Date to be determined by the Board.
