ELECO plc, the AIM listed construction software specialist, announces that copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 were yesterday posted to shareholders, together with a Circular setting out proposals for a scheme to restructure the Group's Balance Sheet and Reserves, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy.
