Pre-Close trading update

Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB.L),  the holding company for P & R Installation Company Limited, a leading gas heating and building services provider, has today issued a trading update in respect of the 14 months to 31 March 2015.

The Board is pleased to confirm that trading during the period to 31 March 2015 has been in line with market forecasts and that prospects for the current year are encouraging.  The Company was admitted to trading on AIM on 6 March 2015, since when the Company has won new contracts with two new local authorities and continues to extend services with a number of the existing client base.

The Company expects to announce results for the period to 31 March on 23 June 2015.  These results will be the first since the Company's admission to trading on AIM. The Company will also take the opportunity to provide a further update on trading and progress on its acquisition strategy at the time of the results statement.
