PUBLICATION OF 2014 ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.hkland.com, its Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31st December 2014 (the 'Annual Report').  The notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting is also being made available on the website.

A printed copy of the Annual Report, together with the notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting and form of proxy, are today being posted to shareholders.

Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA') in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The information required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 of the FCA is included in the unaudited preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31st December 2014 made by the Company on 5th March 2015 and in the Annual Report.
