DIRECTORS/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 25 March 2015 that on the same day:-

·   The Cathery Family Trust sold; and

·   Mr Robert Cathery, a Non-Executive Director of the Company (of whom The Cathery Family Trust is a connected person), acquired;

50,000 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") in London today at an average price of £ 1.6595 per Share.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Cathery is interested in 450,000 Shares, all of which are held by him beneficially, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
