DIRECTORS/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company was notified on 13 March 2015 that Mr Ettore Contini, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired an interest in a further 957,847 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares").  The Shares were purchased on the open market by Liquid Business Limited, a connected person to Mr Contini, and represents 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company. The acquisitions were as follows:
