Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

ProVen VCT plc (the “Company”) announces that it has published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 13 June 2019 approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules and Section 87G of FSMA following the publication of ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 28 February 2019.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company and ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc on 11 January 2019 relating to the offer for subscription by ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc to raise up to £30 million by way of an issue of new ordinary shares (together with an over allotment facility to raise up to a further £10 million). The Offer for shares by the Company under the Prospectus has closed.
