Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Stobart announces that it was notified on 24 February 2015 that Janice Butcher, wife of Richard Butcher, Executive Director, transferred 13,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Mr Butcher for nil consideration on 23 December 2014. Mr Butcher's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 240,173 Ordinary Shares.
