Appointment of Finance Director

The Board of ELECO is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Greenwood, FCA as the Group Finance Director.  His previous role was as Finance Director of Anite plc's mobile business.

Martin Andrew Greenwood, aged 57, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and has spent the whole of his career in finance within the technology industry including roles at Orange and Novell. He therefore brings with him a wealth of sector specific experience in senior finance leadership positions.  His previous engagement was with Anite plc, where he made a significant contribution to the recovery and growth of that business.

John Ketteley, Executive Chairman of ELECO, commented: "Andrew Greenwood's appointment as Group Finance Director concludes a thorough search process for a suitable candidate for the vital role of Group Finance Director. The Board of ELECO are delighted that he has agreed to join ELECO in that capacity and we wish him every success."
