Aqualis ASA Shareholders Vote in Favour of all Resolutions at AGM

Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of broking, financial, consultancy, technical and logistics services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, is pleased to note that the shareholders of Aqualis ASA voted in favour of all the resolutions at its AGM 2019 held earlier today, including those required to implement and give effect to the combination of Braemar Technical Services (excluding Braemar Engineering) and Aqualis ASA. The proposed combination was announced on 13 May 2019.
