Board Change

The Board of Eleco announces that Michael McCullen has resigned as a Director of Eleco plc and Asta Development to pursue new interests.

The Board wishes to acknowledge Michael's significant contribution to the growth of Eleco's software business, as a co-founder of Asta Development and as a Director of Eleco.

Jason Ruddle, who has had a successful career in the construction software industry, has today been appointed Managing Director of Asta Development.

John Ketteley, Chairman of Eleco plc said: "It has been a pleasure to work with Michael as a Director of Eleco since Asta Development joined the Eleco Group in 2007. I am pleased that we will maintain an ongoing relationship with Michael through his consultancy practice. His contribution to the success of Eleco's software business should not be underestimated and we wish him every success in the future. "
