Director/PDMR Shareholding

Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 6,258 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 79.5p each.

Following the transaction Paul Swinney will be interested in 900,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
