Directorate change

Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG" or "the Company") announces that Alan Barber will now continue in the role of Chairman of MCG until 31 December 2015 and will not be stepping down at the end of 2014 as previously announced.

MCG will publish its preliminary results for 2014 in March 2015 and will provide a trading update at that stage.

Alan Barber commented:

"My day to day involvement with the Group increased in early 2014 to support the executive management team when Nick Stagg took on the role of Alexander Proudfoot CEO on an interim basis in addition to his Group CEO role.  The initiatives being taken to refresh Alexander Proudfoot are progressing well and will continue into 2015, with Nick therefore staying as Alexander Proudfoot CEO for the coming months. The Board have therefore asked me to continue for a further year, with Julian Waldron continuing as Deputy Chairman, which I am pleased to do."
