Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that a number of persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, have exercised options under the Company Share Option Plan to acquire and then disposed of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares), as follows:

a)   Fergus John Lyons exercised options in respect of 57,692 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.52 per Ordinary Share, with 7,774 Ordinary Shares being immediately sold to pay the exercise price at a price of £3.86 per Ordinary Share, and then sold the remaining 49,918 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.77 per Ordinary Share;

b)   Charles William Galbraith exercised options in respect of 50,769 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.52 per Ordinary Share, with 6,841 Ordinary Shares being immediately sold to pay the exercise price at a price of £3.86 per Ordinary Share and then sold the remaining 43,928 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.91 per Ordinary Share; and

c)   Roger John Stott exercised options in respect of 57,692 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.52 per Ordinary Share, with 7,774 Ordinary Shares being immediately sold to pay the exercise price at a price of £3.86 per Ordinary Share. 

The above transactions all took place on 7 June 2019.

Following the above transactions:

a)   there has been no change in the number of shares in which Fergus John Lyons has an interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares;

b)   there has been no change in the number of shares in which Charles William Galbraith has an interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares; and

c)   the number of the Company's Ordinary Shares in which Roger John Stott has an interest has increased to 899,845 Ordinary Shares.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
