Notification of Transactions of Directors

The Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 6 June 2019 that Philip Keller, a Director of the Company, sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1339 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Philip Keller and his connected persons hold a total of 424,650 shares, being 0.14% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).

As previously announced, Philip Keller is retiring from the Company in July.
