Exercise of Warrants

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 2,100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List following the exercise of warrants.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 10 December 2014.

Following admission of the shares, the Company will have a total of 515,205,465 ordinary shares in issue.
