Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of ELECO is pleased to announce the appointment of Serena Lang as Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Serena Lang, 44, was formerly a senior executive for the Operations Management division of Invensys, a global technology company with market leading software and systems for industrial and commercial sectors.  Prior to working at Invensys, she was a senior executive within Castrol, the Lubricants division of BP.  Serena holds an MBA from Kingston University.

John Ketteley, Executive Chairman of ELECO, commented: "I and the Board of ELECO are delighted that Serena Lang has agreed to join the Company as a Non-Executive Director. With her background and considerable relevant experience, I look forward to ELECO benefiting substantially from her advice and counsel."
