CAPITAL MARKETS DAY - STRATEGY FOR PROFITABLE GROWTH

6 June 2019 -Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the productivity-enhancing instrumentation and controls company, is today holding a Capital Markets Day.

Senior management will present the outcomes of its Strategic Review and its Strategy for Profitable Growth.

The Presidents of the three Platform Businesses - Malvern Panalytical, Omega and HBK - will provide greater insight into each of the companies and their associated strategies.

The Group issued a trading update on 24 May 2019. No new material financial information or update on trading will be provided today.
