Director Change

Following the announcement on 3 April 2019 that Grant Foley, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, would be leaving CMC Markets Plc ("CMC") to pursue other opportunities, CMC announces that Grant will be stepping down from the Board of Directors as of tomorrow, 7 June 2019.

Euan Marshall, who has held senior financial roles at CMC for seven years, and is the current Group Head of Finance at CMC, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.
