Eiffage pursues its development in the concessions by strengthening its presence in ADELAC (A41 North) capital

AREA, APRR subsidiary, has signed an acquisition contract regarding the Bouygues Group's entire 46.1% interest in ADELAC capital.

ADELAC is the concessionaire until 2060 of the A41 North motorway linking Annecy to Geneva in the continuity of the APRR & AREA network. ADELAC was created in 2005 with AREA as a 49.9% shareholder. ADELAC opened to traffic in 2008 and is managed by AREA.

Following the Bouygues group project to initiate the disposal of its 46.1% of ADELAC capital, AREA has exercised its pre-emptions rights for €130 million. As part of an internal restructuring of this holding, it is planned that AREA will subsequently sell those 46.1% to Eiffage and Macquarie Autoroutes de France 2.

Eiffage's interest in ADELAC capital will remain accounted for as an associates in Eiffage accounts.
