Director Shareholding

Stobart Group was notified on 7 November 2014 that on that date its Non-Executive Chairman Iain Ferguson bought 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.00 each. These shares have been placed in a nominee account in the name of his wife, Catherine Ferguson.  Iain Ferguson's total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 200,000 Ordinary Shares, of which 145,000 are in name of Catherine Ferguson.

This disclosure is made pursuant to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
