Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Stobart announces that it was notified on 23 October 2014 that Richard Butcher, Executive Director, transferred 240,173 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife, Janice Butcher for nil consideration on 23 October 2014. Following the transfer Mr Butcher's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 240,173 Ordinary Shares.

In addition, the Company announces that it was notified on 5 November 2014 that Ben Whawell, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 305,884 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Kathryn Whawell for nil consideration on 5 November 2014. Following the transfer Mr Whawell's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 305,884 Ordinary Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R
