Mr Raynerhas also worked on African projects for Addax Petroleum Ltd, managing itsappraisal programs and resource portfolio.Prior to joining Sunbird, Mr Rayner was the Chief Operating Officer of DartEnergy Ltd, managing its exploration and production operations in Asia andEurope. Between 2008 and 2010, Mr Rayner was the General Manager of PetroleumEngineering for Arrow Energy Ltd, where he was responsible for the fielddevelopment planning for the company's proposed LNG project. Mr Rayner has alsoworked for both Origin Energy Ltd and Santos Ltd as a petroleum engineer onmultiple Australian oil and gas projects.Red Emperor believes the technical and industry experience that Mr Raynerbrings to the Board will be of significant benefit to the Company. Furtherinformation on Mr Rayner is set out in Appendix 1 to comply with AIM rules.The Board of Red Emperor would like to thank Mr Brockhurst for his contributionand wishes him well in his future endeavours.In addition to these Board changes, current Executive Director Mr Greg Bandyhas been appointed Managing Director, effective immediately.
