NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

Stobart Group Limited, the infrastructure and support services group, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2014, on Thursday, 23 October 2014.

Management will be hosting a presentation for analysts on the day of results at 9.30 a.m. at 111 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1BR.
