Scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") update - NSW Ministerial approval condition satisfied

The Board of IGas welcomes the announcement today by Dart Energy Limited ("Dart") regarding the NSW Ministerial approval for a change in control in Dart's NSW licences. Dart announced that one of the outstanding conditions to the Scheme, being NSW Ministerial approval for a change in control in Dart's NSW licences, has now been satisfied. The Scheme remains subject to the approval of the UK Competition and Markets Authority ("the CMA Condition") and the approval of the Supreme Court of Queensland ("Court").
