In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, the Company announces that it has been notified that Charles Edmund Wilkinson, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of PEWT Securities plc ("PEWT") with effect from 31 July 2014. PEWT is a subsidiary of Premier Energy and Water PLC. PEWT became listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 17 September 2014.
