Premier African Minerals Limited, the AIM-traded, multi-commodity natural resource company with mineral projects located in Western and Southern Africa, announces that it has been informed today that following disposals of shares on 29 August 2014 and today Mr Richard Dollar is now directly interested in 11,122,500 ordinary shares representing 2.21% of the Company's issued share capital.

Alpha International Business Limited remains interested in 48,877,500 ordinary shares representing 9.71% of the Premier's current issued share capital.
