Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart announces that on 6 August 2014, the Company acquired 235,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at an average price of 118.5 pence per share.

Following the above purchases, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 354,328,831. The Company holds 26,403,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, as at 1 August 2014 is 327,925,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
