Exercise of Warrant

Falanx Group Limited, the security and risk management consultancy working with blue chip and government clients worldwide, announces that as a result of the exercise of a warrant 13,888 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Shares') (the 'Warrant Shares') have today been issued at a price of 30 pence per Share.

Application has been made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 12th August.

Total Voting Rights

The Company holds zero Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 51,162,916, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
