Director/PDMR Shareholdings

In light of their exceptional contribution to the restructuring and reorganisation of Stobart Group over the 2013/14 financial year, the three Executive Directors have received awards under the annual bonus plan from the Stobart Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT").  On 29 July 2014, the trustees of the EBT transferred ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") for nil consideration as shown below.

The Directors shall be liable for any income tax and primary Class 1 National Insurance contributions that may arise on the transfer of Shares and a proportion of the Shares awarded have been sold to meet those liabilities.

There has been no change to the issued share capital of the Company as a result of the above transfer. The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, 328,265,831.
