Board Committee Appointments

Lagos and London, 28 July 2014: The Board of SEPLAT Petroleum Development Company Plc ("Seplat" or "the Company"), a leading Nigerian indigenous oil and gas company, listed on both the NSE and LSE, announces the following Board Committee appointments with effect from 24 July:

Mr Damian Dodo SAN has been appointed to the Remuneration Committee and Nominations and Establishment Committee; and Madame Nathalie Delapalme has been appointed to the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
