Amendment Re. Subscription

An amendment has been made to the 'Completion of Subscription' announcement released yesterday at 4:13 p.m. under RNS No 6569M:

The Subscription price should have stated 20.75p per share, not 20.5p as originally disclosed.

The following amendments have also been made to the 'Result of General Meeting and Issue of Shares' announcement which was released on 9 July at 2:50 p.m. under RNS No 8990L:

Director Jonathan Edwards' holding in the Company following his subscription should have stated that it was 113,700 ordinary shares, but had been incorrectly stated as 112,500 ordinary shares. Furthermore, the issued share capital following Admission should have stated 73,864,627 ordinary shares, not 73,909,627 as was originally disclosed.

All other details remain unchanged.
