Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 SOCO International plc (the "Company") advises that:

As at 30 June 2014, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 341,076,911 ordinary shares of £0.05 each with voting rights.  The Company holds 9,122,268 shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 331,954,643. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
