The 'Purchase of own shares' announcement released today at 14.39 under RNS No 1872K, should have been issued under the Company name of  Stobart Group Limited and not under the Company name of Statpro Group PLC.

Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart announces that on 19 June 2014, the Company acquired 540,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at an average price of 124.97 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 354,328,831. The Company holds 23,640,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, as at 19 June 2014 is 330,688,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
