DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification that the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 19 June 2014.

Mr Andrey Berzins, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, purchased 5,000 shares at GBP 12.275p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Andrey Berzins' total beneficial holding in the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.014 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
