Publication of Report & Accounts and Launch of New Website

Following the announcement of its preliminary results on 4 June 2014 and the divestment of its precast and building systems interests in 2013, ELECO plc is now a wholly focused international specialist software group serving the construction industry.

As a consequence, the group has undergone a rebranding exercise to better align its branding with that of a software group and the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31 December 2013, is now available to view on the Company's 'new look' website which was, in conjunction, launched today.
