Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart announces that on 21 May 2014, the Company acquired 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at 135.0 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 354,328,831. The Company holds 23,100,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, as at 22 May 2014 is 331,228,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
