Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Company has today published the Annual Report 2013 on the Company's website at www.steppecement.com.   The audited Financial Statements included within the Annual Report 2013 are consistent with the unaudited Financial Statements announced on 2 May 2014.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled at 12.00 p.m. on Saturday, 14 June 2014, instead of 2.30 p.m. on Friday, 13 June 2014, previously announced on 2 May 2014. The venue of the AGM remains unchanged.

The Annual Report 2013 will be despatched on Thursday, 29 May 2014, to shareholders who have elected to receive a physical copy.

Steppe Cement's AIM nominated adviser is RFC Ambrian Limited.
