Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31 December to 30 September with immediate effect. As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

-     Audited results for the 9 months to 30 September 2014, to be published by 31 March 2015.

-     Unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 June 2014, to be published by 30 September 2014.

-     Audited results for the 12 months to 30 September 2015, to be published by 31 March 2016.

Thereafter interim and annual reports will be published each year for the six months to 31 March and 12 months to 30 September in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
