Corrective Announcement - Director Dealing

The following amendments have been made to the "Director Dealing" announcement released on 6 May 2014 at 9.56am under RNS number 3288G.

The number of Ordinary Shares that David Gaul holds is 3,300,000 representing approximately 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.

Director Dealing

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM-listed technology company with a focus on computer vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology and services, announces that it was informed on 5 May 2014 that David Gaul, a director of the Company, through his investment vehicle Jaiclimb Pty Ltd, bought 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6 pence per share on 2 May 2014.

Following the transaction, through Jaiclimb Pty Ltd, Mr. Gaul retains a beneficial entitlement to 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
