APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Directors of Mountfield are pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Sainsbury to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Adrian Sainsbury has been Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial division of Close Brothers Limited since July 2013 and was previously Chief Executive in Europe of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (July 2009 to June 2013), Head of Global Specialised Finance at Bank of Ireland (December 2007 to July 2009) having previously held a range of Senior Executive roles at RBS and Barclays.

Mountfield confirms that there is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment of Adrian Sainsbury under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, save as disclosed below.
