The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' released on 14 April 2014 at 15:12 under RNS No 7933E.

In the announcement released on 14 April 2014, the total number of ordinary shares in the second paragraph was incorrectly stated to exclude treasury shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

Stobart Group Limited ("Stobart" or the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

Further to the announcement by the Company on 14 March 2014, Stobart announces that on 11 April 2014 Cenkos Securities plc, acting on behalf of the Company, acquired 13,100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at 129.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 354,328,831. The Company holds 13,100,000 ordinary shares as Treasury Shares.

The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, as at 14 April 2014 is 341,228,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
