10 April 2014 - Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology services, was informed on 9 April 2014 by RBC Trustees (CI) Limited, RBC cees Trustee Limited and RBC Trust Company (Jersey) Limited that they together hold 74,518,875 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.06% of the Company, and not 84,471,905 ordinary shares as previously incorrectly notified to the Company and announced on 2 April 2014.
