Acquisition of WMF

Groupe SEB confirms it has received, today, from the European Commission, the unconditional clearance of the WMF acquisition.

Therefore, according to the SPA signed between Groupe SEB and the Seller (Finedining sàrl) on 21 May, 2016, the closing will take place within the next 10 business days.
