Allotment of Ordinary Shares

This announcement replaces the announcement made on 08 April 2019 at 14.04 for the allotment of shares.  The total amount of shares in issue should be 194,412,023 and not 194,389,136

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 14 June 2018 (the “Offer”), 10,748,152 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Foresight 4 VCT plc were allotted on 5 April 2019 on an issue price based on a Net Asset Value of 67.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 10,748,152 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Foresight 4 VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s market for listed securities.

In total the Company has allotted 69,594,162 Ordinary Shares under the Offer. Following this allotment there are now 194,389,136 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.

The Offer opened on 14 June 2018 and the final allotment will be based on applications received up to and including 12.00 noon on 12 April 2019 in respect of the 2019/2020 Offer, or as soon as the Offer is fully subscribed.
