Allotment of Ordinary Shares

This announcement replaces the announcement made on 12 April 2019 at 15:57 for the allotment of shares.  The total amount of shares in issue should be 195,969,233 and not 195,946,346.

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 14 June 2018 (the “Offer”), 1,557,210 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Foresight 4 VCT plc were allotted on 12 April 2019 on an issue price based on a Net Asset Value of 67.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 1,557,210 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Foresight 4 VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s market for listed securities.

In total the Company has allotted 71,151,372 Ordinary Shares under the Offer. Following this allotment there are now 195,969,233 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.

Foresight 4 VCT plc announces today that the Offer is now closed and the Receiving Agent has processed the applications received before today's deadline in the above allotment.
