Publication of shareholder circular for THE PROPOSED TRANSFER OF LISTING SEGMENT FROM pREMIUM TO STANDARD ON THE lONDON STOCK EXCHANGE AND NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') has today published on the Company's website, www.hkland.com, a shareholder circular for the Proposed Transfer of Listing Segment from Premium to Standard on the London Stock Exchange, including a notice convening a Special General Meeting (the 'Shareholder Circular').

Printed copies of the Shareholder Circular and form of proxy for the Special General Meeting, are today being posted to shareholders.

Copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA') in the United Kingdom via the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
