XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 27 February 2014, Larry Tracey, Chairman, sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1755.00p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Tracey has a beneficial interest in 1,151,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.99% of the Company's issued share capital.

On the same day, James Peters, Non-Executive Director, sold 62,475 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1755.00p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Peters has a beneficial interest in 2,129,279 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
