Zambeef (AIM:ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that it received notification, on 11 February 2014, that Rhodora Limited ("Rhodora") a company in which Adam Fleming, a non-executive director of the Company, holds an equity interest, has disposed of  1,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Disposal").

Following the Disposal, Rhodora is now interested in 8,497,537 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
