Director Share Transfer

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, was today notified of the transfer on 5 February 2014 by John Sach, Chief Executive of the Company, of 750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Fitel Nominees to Barclays Nominees.

Following this transaction, John Sach's total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,600,365 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.71 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
